Overview
As a Business Development Manager at Finespace, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with partners, and ensuring that external cooperation models are aligned with the company objectives, product strategy and operational capacity.
Salary range for this position is 3000-7000 EUR (before taxes, gross). The final offer depends on experience and competence.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in economics, management, business administration, or a related field

5+ years of experience in business development and/or business operations

Strong understanding of how gaming industry operates and what drives performance across product development, launch and live operations

Familiarity with contracts and its elements (scope, timelines, payment terms, liabilities, confidentiality, reporting requirements)

Strong skills in relationship management, communication and negotiation

Ability to work with data analysis tools, reports and dashboards, and to track post-launch results against expectations

Ability to prepare proposals, partner decks, decision memos, process documentation and executive summaries

Ability to design and implement processes and improve operational efficiency across cross-functional teams

Strong knowledge of English
